Our firm saw the light of day in 1988 by will and entrepreneurship of Mr Pasquale Chilà. The founding owner has at once grasped the meaning of baking exclusively with a wood fired oven thus continuing family tradition, while bread is baked in a handbuilt oven fully consisting of firebricks.

All products, before baking, are kneaded by hand, so much so that the odour of bread coming out of the oven recalls the fresh smell of yore.
